A high-performance Passivhaus home demanding precise structural coordination between timber frame, thermal envelope and brick facade.
The challenge was meeting exacting certification tolerances while keeping the structure entirely subordinate to the architectural vision - a balance achieved through close collaboration with the architect from the outset.
